A reinforced gearbox ensures smooth rotation even under snow
load or heavy dust. System weight is approx. 800 kg and supports
panel tilt up to 60°.
The cleaning arm connects directly to the tractor’s hydraulic
circuit (18 MPa / 180 bar). Rotation speed and brush pressure
are controlled from the cabin using the joystick.
Quick-release hydraulic connectors simplify setup and storage. Total installation time is typically under 10 minutes.
Control is fully manual via the tractor joystick — no complex onboard electronics. The operator can lift, tilt and rotate the
brush to follow panel contours and adapt to terrain.
Simple hydraulic drive, robust mechanics
Cab-based control with no onboard electronics

No external power, no additional pumps, no batteries.
The attachment uses existing tractor hydraulics and
standard quick-coupling brackets, making deployment
fast and cost-efficient.
The system mounts directly onto a standard backhoe-loader
or tractor with a front hydraulic interface. A single hydraulic
motor rotates the cleaning brush, while the operator controls
movement and contact pressure from the cabin.

Industrial-grade brush engineered
for harsh climates
The cleaning brush uses industrial-grade
polymer bristles (Ø 330 mm) designed for
dust and light snow. Structural parts are
built from powder-coated steel and
corrosion-resistant aluminium. Working
temperature range is –40 °C … +70 °C.
Brush, Materials
& Tests
Corrosion resistance
Powder-coated steel and aluminium
structures designed for outdoor exposure
and road transport.
Thermal testing
Components tested with thermal cycling
and vibration to simulate long-term field
operation.
Durable polymers
High-resilience polymer bristles designed
for repeated dry-contact cleaning on
glass surfaces.
When used for routine dry cleaning,
the tractor module can dramatically
reduce manual O&M time and water
usage on mid-scale solar fields
High coverage and
reduced O&M costs

Hydraulic pressure is limited to 18 MPa
(180 bar), with relief valves to prevent
overload. The system is designed in line
with EU machinery safety principles.
Operation is restricted to wind speeds
below 10 m/s and ambient temperatures
between –40 °C and +40 °C. Electrical
control unit runs at 24 V DC.
Safe operation under controlled conditions
A parking console is included for safe
storage when the system is not in use.
The attachment is designed for typical
backhoe-loader platforms such as CAT
416, JCB 3CX and Volvo BL71 class.
Adapter plates can be supplied for other
front-loader tractors.
